Everyday Drabbles Presents… Dragons!

We are currently OPEN for submissions for the first ever Everyday Drabbles zine, Everyday Drabbles Presents… Dragons! Submissions will close Saturday, August 22, 2026. Please read the guidelines below carefully before submitting.

All submissions must in some way fit the issue’s theme of ‘Dragons,’ and be your own work. Everyday Drabbles does not accept any fiction or art submissions made in whole or in part through the use of LLMs, Artificial Intelligence, or AI. Do not submit any AI generated works. 

For this call we are looking for Drabble, Art, and Comics submissions.

Drabbles may be Fiction or Non-Fiction, but must be exactly 100 words long. We will check. You may submit up to three Drabbles either in the body of an email or in Standard Manuscript Format as a .RTF or .DocX format file.

Reprints are OK, but only send one submission (of up to three Drabbles)  at a time.

Art and Comics:

Please send all art and comics submissions as high-quality .PDF format images, or as a link to your portfolio by email.
The zine will be printed black and white, so grayscale or black and white images are preferred.

Rights and Payment:

Everyday Drabbles Presents is a free zine and will distributed in print as well as digitally under a Creative Commons 4.0 Attribution, Non-Commercial Share-Alike License.
We are a non-paying market at this time but contributor copies will be sent by mail.
